*This membership form is for current members of Seymour Quilters Guild who are renewing their membership for 2026. To enquire about our wait list, please contact Membership.

The membership fee for January 1 to December 31, 2026, is $75.00.

Life Members are not required to pay dues. To become a Life Member, you will have reached your 85th birthday by December 31, 2025, and have been a member in good standing with Seymour Quilters Guild for the past 5 years.

maintaining a membership list to be used by the Executive and other volunteer position holders as deemed reasonable and/or necessary by the Executive

By Cheque: If paying by cheque, postdate your cheque to January 1, 2026, and make it payable to Seymour Quilters Guild. Bring your cheque to the November or December meeting, or mail to Arlene T. Please phone or email Arlene for her address or use this contact form.

By e-Transfer: If paying by e-Transfer, send e-Transfer between January 1 and January 8. Any e-Transfers sent before then will not be accepted. The e-Transfer link will be provided on January 1, 2026.
