The annual membership fee is $75.00 for January through December. *Fees are prorated for new members who join after the January meeting.

To register as a new member, please fill in and submit this form. Payment instructions are provided below.

How will you be paying your fee?(required)
  • Membership will contact you about a prorated fee, if applicable.
  • If you are paying by cheque, make your cheque payable to “Seymour Quilters Guild.” Bring your cheque to a meeting or contact Membership for the mailing address.
  • If you are paying by e-Transfer, send to payments.sqgnv@gmail.com.

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (www2.gov.bc.ca), information collected on this form will be used by Seymour Quilters Guild for the following purposes only:

  • maintaining a list of members of the guild as required by the BC Societies Act
  • maintaining an e-mail distribution list in order to send out the newsletters and to communicate guild activities
  • maintaining a membership list to be used by the Executive and other volunteer position holders as deemed reasonable and/or necessary by the Executive
  • maintaining a list to distribute to guild members so that they may contact each other.

The Guild distributes a membership list to members so they may contact each other as needed. We need your consent to share your contact information on this list.
