Membership Form 2025

**This membership form is for current members of Seymour Quilters Guild who are renewing their membership for 2025. To enquire about our wait list, please contact Membership.

The membership fee for January 1 to December 31, 2025, is $72.50.
Life Members are not required to pay dues.
- To become a Life Member, you will have reached your 80th birthday by December 31, 2024, and have been a member in good standing with Seymour Quilters Guild for the past 5 years.
- If you are already a Life Member, we ask that you submit this form so we may keep your contact information updated.
You may pay by cheque or e-Transfer.
- If paying by cheque, postdate your cheque to January 1, 2025, and make it payable to “Seymour Quilters Guild.” Mail your cheque to Arlene T, Membership Coordinator (see membership list for Arlene’s address) OR bring your cheque to the November or December meeting.
- If paying by e-Transfer, send e-Transfers between January 1 and January 8. Any e-Transfers sent before then will not be accepted. The e-Transfer link will be provided on January 1, 2025.
