Staying Connected #32

Quilts, past and present …

From Maureen … This quilt I found in the cat bed.

Small detailed hand stitches made from my Grandma’s aprons. The fabric is thin, not very frail. Consistently detailed in every block. Notice the round corner which was the tradition. Maybe Yoskyl can comment on that?

Very thin quilt, wonder what the batting may have been?

From Deb … This is the mug mat I received. It came unsigned so I don’t know who made it. Sure is lovely though!

Thank you to Maureen and Deb for sending these items for the post.
