Staying Connected #11

Hi all. We’re still quilting!

From Sharon R … Finally finished my cat quilt started ages ago …

… in the quilt below, I decided to just add a square at the bottom in a completely different fabric (fairy) when I could not locate the missing 4-patch square. Thought it would show up once I finished it, but so far NO. Anyhow will find a good home for it.

From Genevieve … These squares are from Block of the Month – Missouri Star. I think they will make a great quilt …

“Garden of Dreams” … This quilt is all Canadian from Dragonfly. It has been a joy to quilt and I love the colors in it.

From Eleanor … Anyone doing the CQA Row by Row? It is open to everyone and all the rows are still posted.

From Judy S … I learned about self-threading needles from a workshop instructor a few years ago (thank you, Krista). They are great for tucking in thread tails. A narrow slit in the eye of the needle makes it easy to capture a thread and pull it gently into the quilt sandwich.

From Maureen … a tree peony … this one is an odd color but pretty.

Many thanks to Sharon, Genevieve, Eleanor and Maureen
for contributing to this post.
