From Bena … My finished Dresden Colour Wheel from The Lions Gate Quilter’s workshop led by Michelle Tade Blanton. The pattern is by Kim Lapacek. The majority of the fabrics are Kaffe Fassett, including the complementary coloured shot cottons used on the windows and doors, and the centre circle.
From Janet … Here is my latest. The quilt pattern is called “ 9 Lives “ designed by Debbie Bowles of Maple Island Quilts Inc. It was a challenge with the angled segments, but once I got the hang of it, it was fun. The bonus was the backing, which I found (surprisingly) at Michael’s that has “MEOW” written all over it! It measures 45” x 351/2”.
From Jo-Anne … Celebrating Remembrance Day …
Quilt from Dolores’s quilt class many years ago …
From Wendy S … Here are a couple of Christmas presents I’ve made. Both are couch quilts. The one with the deer is for my brother in PG. He is the hunter in the family.
The other colourful one is for my brother here in Squamish. It had to be big enough (long) to share with his wife on the other end of the couch when watching tv.
From Judy S … I made this quilt with a wide selection of batiks from my stash. The pattern is Bermuda Sunrise from Frog Hollow Designs.
From Wendy W … Here is a quilt I finished over the summer. The top picture is the quilt front and below that picture is the back.
From Chris … Puppy quilt for a baby. This is the quilt I made for my son & wife to give to their neighbours who have a baby girl.
